He is a stronger believer in maintaining functionality without compromising on the principles of cancer treatment. Hence there is a lot of stress on Organ Preservation from the first consult. Organ preservation many a times entails involving other specialties like Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology & Plastic Surgery so that the patient gets the best treatment possible.
